無鹵低煙阻燃電纜適用于交流額定電壓450/750V及以下控制、監(jiān)控回路及保護(hù)線路等場合,特別適用于核電站、地鐵、劇院等安全系數(shù)要求較高的場所。該產(chǎn)品克服了傳統(tǒng)阻燃控纜的缺點(diǎn),極大的便利了救火和人員疏散工作,避免了鹵酸氣體對(duì)儀器和設(shè)備的腐蝕,成為傳統(tǒng)阻燃控制電纜的換代型產(chǎn)品,它主要要以下五個(gè)特點(diǎn):Halogen-free low smoke flame-retardant cables are suitable for control, monitoring circuits, and protection circuits with rated AC voltage of 450/750V and below, especially for places with high safety requirements such as nuclear power plants, subways, and theaters. This product overcomes the shortcomings of traditional flame retardant control cables, greatly facilitates firefighting and personnel evacuation work, avoids the corrosion of instruments and equipment by halogen acid gases, and has become a replacement product of traditional flame retardant control cables. It mainly has the following fivecharacteristics:
1、電纜燃燒時(shí)鹵化氫氣體釋放量低;
2、電纜燃燒時(shí)發(fā)煙量少,透光率高;3、電纜線芯長期工作溫度可達(dá)90℃,延長了電纜使用壽命;
4、絕緣線芯采用數(shù)字編碼,便于安裝、調(diào)試、維修;
5、采用筒式放線,可生產(chǎn)長達(dá)3KM以上的整根電纜。

三、使用特性
1、額定電壓U0/U為450/750V;
2、電纜導(dǎo)體的長期允許工作溫度為90℃;
3、電纜的敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃,推薦允許彎曲半徑:無鎧裝層電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍;有鎧裝或銅帶屏蔽結(jié)構(gòu)的電纜,應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的12倍;有屏蔽結(jié)構(gòu)的軟電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍。
3、 Usage characteristics
1. The rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V;
2. The long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductors is 90 ℃;
3. The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0 ℃, and it is recommended to allow bending radius:
for cables without armor layer, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;
Cables with armored or copper tape shielding structures should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;
Soft cables with shielding structures should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Conductor DC resistance
1、 絕緣電阻:90℃時(shí)絕緣體積電阻率≥1012Ω·CM;90℃時(shí)絕緣電阻常數(shù)ki≥3.67MΩ·KM;
2、 電纜經(jīng)受3.5KV交流電壓試驗(yàn),5min不發(fā)生擊穿;
3、 按IEC754標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn),PH值≥4.3;
4、 按IEC1034標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn),透光率≥60%;
5、 電纜通過GB/T18380-2001規(guī)定的阻燃試驗(yàn)。
